Hi, I’m Geoff falkenberg
I was born and raised here in Portland and I have a professional background in Commercial Real Estate. From that, I carry forward refined tools for inspection of myself and the world around me. Out of college, I taught English abroad, engaging with my passion to share what I know. In the times in-between, I have explored many avenues and my diverse life experiences have cultivated a versatile approach to embracing change and fostering growth from within.
My journey has been one of profound transformation. Through the practices of breathwork, the integrating psychedelic experiences, and therapeutic shadow work I have been able to overcome debilitating depression, learned helplessness, ruminating thoughts, and social isolation. My profound belief in the healing potential of these methods fuels my work, and I'm truly passionate about sharing the transformative power of self-growth and connection.
My guiding belief is that the way our society is structured unfortunately fosters damaging isolation. As social beings, we possess a fundamental need for connection that goes beyond our daily routines. Consequently, the depression and isolation many of us experience can be alleviated by fostering genuine connections and dismantling the mental constructs that have unfortunately normalized isolation. The key to healing often lies in the power of connection.

My Approach
It all begins with a question
What do you make of that?
Challenging situations come up for everyone. When they come up for you, what do you make of it?
This simple question can unlock a path to your subconscious revealing thought patterns that served a purpose when they were formed, but no longer fit the life you have.
My role is to foster trust, hear you through authenticity, and make the internal work feel light.
Relief
By addressing and integrating these deep-seated emotional patterns and beliefs, individuals often experience a profound sense of relief, self-acceptance, and the opportunity for healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Gratitude
The opposite of depression isn't joy, it's gratitude, this idea highlights the transformative power of gratitude in alleviating distress. By cultivating a sense of thankfulness, individuals can counteract feelings of depression, finding solace and healing in the appreciation of life's blessings.
